 The Paola girls’ basketball jumped out to a 20-2 lead after the first quarter and went on to record a 56-26 home victory against Osawatomie on Tuesday.Paola used multiple defenses to force Osawatomie into committing 25 turnovers, many resulting in layups for the Panthers. Thirteen of Paola’s 21 field goals were layups. Paola’s Rachel Hanf led all scorers with 17 points. Taelor Karr added 12 points. Brittney Booe led Osawatomie with 11 points.
