The bride is the daughter of Albert and Pam Wobker of Paola. Her husband is the son of Brenda Howard of Spring Hill and Monte Caldwell of Lansing, Kan. The Rev. Jim Hopwood performed the double-ring ceremony. Organ music was provided by George Diehm. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless ivory full-length A-line gown with sparkle accents on the bodice. A sweep train and a two-tier veil with sparkle accents completed the ensemble. She carried a bouquet of dark purple tulips. Heather Connell was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Chassi Melte and Nikki Howard. They wore deep purple satin full-length gowns. Brooklyn Connell was the flower girl, and Zebulon Wobker was the ring bearer. Best man was Jarrod Caldwell, and groomsmen were Brian Neely and Ryan Anderson. Ushers were Lucas Wobker and Christian Melte. A reception was held at the Paola Eagles Club. They left the reception in a 1940 business coupe furnished by Ron and Jeannie Modlin. Mrs. Caldwell is a 1999 graduate of Paola High School. She is a self-employed licensed massage therapist. Mr. Caldwell is a 1998 graduate of Spring Hill High School. He is employed at the Kansas City, Mo., Fire Department. After a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Kansas City, Mo.
