Kelsy Hays of Parker and Tony Savage of Hillsdale are engaged and plan to be married. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Sandra Hays of Parker. She attended Prairie View High School. She is the office manager at The Flood Zone Sports Bar in Osawatomie.  The groom-to-be is the son of Marcia Savage of Osawatomie and Jackie Savage of Hillsdale. He attended Paola High School. He is the owner of T & J Plumbing LLC and The Flood Zone Sports Bar in Osawatomie. The couple plan to be married July 18 at the Grand Loft in Osawatomie.
