Chloe Hauser, Kaela Wade, Bri Allen, Alyssa Allen and Lydia Calore had big nights for the Rally Katz in an 8-year-old-and-under Paola Girls Softball Association game against the Dynamite at Julie Silver Field on Thursday evening. Hauser went a perfect three-for-three with two runs batted in. Wade was three-for-three with one run batted in and two runs scored.  Bri Allen was three-for-three with three singles. She drove home one run and scored three runs. Alyssa Allen was two-for-three with a pair of singles. She drove home one run and had two runs scored. Calore was one-for-three with a two-run single in the second inning. Abigail Loar led the Dynamite with a pair of singles. She was two for two. Mackenzie Loar doubled. Rayleigh Towler and Gracyn Shulista singled. Playing in the heat of the summer air, the coaches and girls pulled out all of the stops to try and stay cool. Both teams had plenty of water in the dugout to drink. The Rally Katz also had a bucket full of water, which players put towels into and soaked on themselves. Alyssa Allen’s T-shirt, which was originally a blue color, had so much water on it the shirt looked purple. The 8-year-old-and-under division is coach pitch. Players get three swinging strikes or a total of six pitches, whichever comes first. Each team gets three outs per inning and plays can be made in the field. There is a five-run-per-inning limit, and a game time limit of 50 minutes. Madison Reif was two for three with a pair of singles and two runs batted in for the Rally Katz. Sierra Foster, Ale Wright and Isabell Duckworth all singled and scored.
 Playing for the Dynamite were Mackenzie Bishop, Alyssa Cole, Amelia Dawdy, Makenna Kirchhoff, Abigail Loar, Mackenzie Loar, Trinaty Medlen, Amanda Meeks, Kaitlynn Taylor, Rayleigh Towler and Gracyn Shulista. The Dynamite are coached by Nicole Taylor and Greg Cole. Playing for the Rally Katz were Alyssa Allen, Bri Allen, Lydia Calore, Isabell Duckworth, Tyler Flinn, Chloe Hauser, Madison Reif, Ashley Stites, Alexis Wade, Kaela Wade and Ale Wright. The Rally Katz are coached by Ken Wade, Melissa Wade and Jon Wade.
