Paola Mayor Artie Stuteville certainly is a woman of many talents. When she’s not driving a taxi around town, running her coin laundromat, teaching youngsters how to dance or leading city meetings, she may be found in the kitchen, where she has perfected some tasty recipes over the years. The holiday season is right around the corner, and that means big meals during big family get-togethers. Everybody has favorite foods they enjoy during the holidays, and Stuteville is no exception. Some of her favorites include appetizer meatballs with chili sauce, cranberry sauce, sauerkraut and other items for a unique flavor, and tortilla roundups with green chiles, olives and Cheddar cheese, among other ingredients. Both recipes are listed below, and some other favorite holiday recipes from people all across Miami County are listed in our Holiday Recipe special section in today’s newspaper.
