NOTICE OF SALE
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Miami County, Kansas in the above-captioned action, I will, on June 26, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, at the Miami County Courthouse, courthouse steps, 120 S. Pearl St., Paola, KS 66071, the following-described real estate, to wit:
Tract 1: Lot 5, Block 5, in the City of Paola, in Miami County, Kansas, as shown on the recorded plat thereof.
Tract 2: Lot 42 of Rockwood Estates II, a subdivision in the City of Paola, Miami County, Kansas, as shown on the recorded plat thereof.
(the “Real Estate”)

This real estate is taken as the property of the heirs of Andre Dight, deceased, and is directed by the Order of Sale to be sold; and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy the Order of Sale, with the redemption period of the defendant owners being no more than three (3) months, pursuant to law.
