NOTICE OF SALE
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Franklin County, Kansas in the above-captioned action, I will, on July 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, at the Miami County Courthouse, courthouse steps, 120 S. Pearl St., Paola, Miami County, KS, the following-described real estate, to wit:

Tract I
Lot 3, Block 65, of Ellensville, William Chestnut’s Addition to the City of Osawatomie, Miami County, Kansas, as shown on the recorded plat thereof;

(commonly known as 727 Main Street, Osawatomie, Kansas 66064);

Tract II
The West one-half of the East one-half of the West one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 19 South, Range 23 East, Miami County, Kansas. AND the East one-half of the West one-half of the West one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 19 South, Range 23 East, Miami County, Kansas;

(commonly known as bareground at 391st Street, Fontana, Kansas 66026);
(All hereafter referred to as the “Real Estate”);


This real estate is taken as the property of defendant Robert J. Butler, Jr., and is directed by the Order of Sale to be sold; and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy the Order of Sale, with there being a 12-month redemption period of the defendant owner.
