PAOLA - One by one Paola High School graduates walked across the stage inside the school's gymnasium Saturday, May 18, and began the next chapter in their lives.

The weather was stormy earlier in the day, but that didn't dampen the spirits of graduates, or their family and friends who came to celebrate.

The two speakers from the class of 2019 were Braden Parks and Kailey Johnson.

The graduates were announced by senior class officers Mariah Bassett, Hannah Menefee, Dailey Mitchell and Halle Schindler.
