On the third Wednesday of each month, Master Food Volunteers from K-State Research and Extension’s Marais des Cygnes District plan an informative nutrition program called Knowledge at Noon.

This month’s program, “Discovering MyPlate: Delectable Dairy!” is scheduled for June 19.

Participants will get to hear from special guest speakers from Rocking Goat Farms, LLC, about what dairy products they produce. They will also learn ways to incorporate dairy into their diet and take home some delicious recipes, according to a news release.

The program begins at noon at the Extension office, located at 104 S. Brayman St. in Paola.

Cost is $2, and no reservations are required.
