LA CYGNE – Twenty-three girls were named to the Tri-County Spotlight Girls Cross Country team, including four-time state medalist Bree Allen of Prairie View.The Prairie View girls ended the season running as a team at the Class 3A state meet at Rim Rock Farm.Allen, a senior, ran down her fourth state medal in four years, placing second in the state meet with a time of 19 minutes, 22 seconds.Allen was the state runner-up her junior and senior seasons.
