NEODESHA, Kan. - The Louisburg Lady Cats won the Class 4A regional cross country meet at Riverwalk Park in Neodesha, punching their tickets to the state meet in Wamego.

EUDORA – The Paola Panthers had a tough time on the road against the Frontier League champion Eudora Cardinals.

IOLA – Parker Schwarz ran for five touchdowns as the Prairie View Buffalos defeated Iola 52-20 to win the district title.

SPRING HILL – On a cold, wet evening in Spring Hill, the Broncos rolled to a 49-7 victory against Louisburg.

MOUND CITY – The Osawatomie Lady Trojans were 2-1 to win the Class 3A regional championship to advance to substate.

Savanna Chestnut sang of fairy tales, hopes and dreams and life in a small Kansas town during her visit to perform at the Paola Community Center.
