OVERLAND PARK – Margo Todd, Miles Panky, Jolee Castro, Avery Kobel, Lily Bunker and two relay teams struck gold to lead the Spring Hill Lady Broncos to first place in the Class 4A regional track and field meet.

INDEPENDENCE, Kan. - Paola’s Isaac Hall and Stratton Draper and Louisburg’s Sam Frederick and Derek Frederick placed in the top 16 of the Class 4A Regional golf tournament at Independence, qualifying for the state tournament.

FORT SCOTT – The Paola Lady Panthers softball season came to an end in a heartbreaking extra-inning, 5-4, loss against Topeka-Hayden in the Class 4A regional playoffs.
PAOLA – For the fifth year in a row and the seventh time in the last 10 years, the Paola Panthers baseball team is headed to the Class 4A state tournament.
SPRING HILL – Twenty-four Spring Hill student-athletes signed national letters of intent to compete at the college level.
BONNER SPRINGS – The Spring Hill Broncos and Lady Broncos won the team titles at the Frontier League track and field meet.
LA CYGNE – Prairie View’s Bree Allen and Mary Jane Britz won two Pioneer League gold medals on their home track.
