SPRING HILL – A 17-6 second-quarter run propelled the Spring Hill girls basketball team to a home victory against Baldwin.
PAOLA – Ten wrestlers advanced to the medal round, including five champions, as the Paola Panthers won the team title in their home tournament.
BURLINGTON – Brylynn Wicker scored a team-high 18 points as the Paola Lady Panthers battled Independence during the second round of the Burlington Invitational.
PAOLA – Four-time state champion wrestler Preston Martin became the 84th person inducted into the Paola High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
OVERLAND PARK – Brayden Yoder and Ashton Moore won individual titles to lead the Louisburg wrestling team in the Blue Valley Northwest Husky Invitational.
OSAWATOMIE – The Miami County boys swim team won their home meet, swimming 28 personal best times.
