Real Country is the motto of the Tumbleweed country music festival held in Miami County. The festival is already underway and continues through Saturday evening. Alabama is scheduled to take the stage 9 p.m. Saturday.

LA CYGNE – Alabama, Marshall Tucker Band and Blackberry Smoke are some of the headliners at the Tumbleweed country music festival this weekend.

The festival kicked off Thursday continues through Saturday, June 1.

Tumbleweed takes place on the property of Wildwood Outdoor Education Center, as well as the neighboring vacant property. The space spans about 225 acres located on the south side of 399th Street, about a half mile east of U.S. Highway 69 and a quarter mile west of Rockville Road in southeast Miami County, north of La Cygne Lake.

Bands are performing throughout Friday and Saturday. Headliners Friday night are Reckless Kelly at 7:30 p.m. and Blackberry Smoke at 9:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Whiskey Myers is scheduled to take the stage at 4:55 p.m., followed by the Marshall Tucker Band at 6:55 p.m. and Alabama at 9 p.m.
